Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The objective is to demolish the existing CRAC unit in the secure area server room, and replace it with three (3) smaller CRAC units (must be right-sized by the contractor), including all accompanying and necessary items or accessories which may include condensing units, evaporators, economizers, linesets, thermostats, exterior concrete pads, and all factory start up and programming.
