Description
The maintenance/testing of the emergency systems shall include all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to do this work. (The work plan or program description submitted under Tab No. 4 shall fully detail such): Lot #1 Fire Alarm/Detection and Sprinkler Systems Full Service; Lot #2 Entrance Door Intercoms Full Service; Lot #3 Complete Full Service Testing, Maintenance and Replacement of all battery backup systems.
