Requesting qualified firms to submit their written proposals to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) during the design (pre-construction) and construction phases of a Senior Housing Project, a 54-unit apartment building (the Project). The CMAR will be a member of a cross-disciplinary project team consisting of representatives of the Owner, architect/engineer, and consultants.
