Scope of Project: Replace existing fire alarm equipment and integrate an emergency alert/mass notification voice evacuation system of the approximately 276,000 SF nine (9) story building of Type I-B Construction located at 500 South Denver Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74103.

Project Description: Construction services for improvements to E. 51st Street South and surrounding infrastructure. The Project includes widening the roadway from two (2) lanes to five (5) lanes between S. 177th East Avenue and S. 193rd East Avenue, construction of a roundabout at S. 193rd East Avenue, and associated grading, drainage, paving, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, landscaping, and utility improvements, including approximately 11,000 feet of new 12-inch waterline.

Work Description: Installation of parking garage barriers and a shelter at the Tulsa County Headquarters Building.

General Scope: The Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, supplies, environmental protection, signage, traffic control, construction debris removal, sweeping/cleaning, and other incidentals necessary to perform concrete repair to bridge approaches on 86th St N over US Hwy 75. Note that the scope includes all concrete in the project area to the edge of the driving lanes and does not include any repairs to the shoulders.

Several items from the previous solicitation received zero responses, and this rebid is being issued to obtain competitive pricing and vendor participation on those items. The contract period shall begin on upon award and continue through June 11, 2027, with optional renewals for additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement between parties. Purchases made pursuant to this bid are at the discretion of Tulsa County. The awarded vendor shall prepay all packaging, shipping, handling, freight, and delivery charges and firm prices quoted in the bid shall include all such charges for the duration of the contract.
