Description
The City of Clemson is requesting sealed statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional consulting, design, and turnkey construction services in the form of a design-build contract for the integration of a high-performance sludge thickening system at the Cochran Road Treatment Plant. The purpose of this RFQ is to select the most qualified consultant, or consultant team, to assist the City's Utilities and Engineering Divisions with the development, permitting, and installation of a "Plug & Play" sludge thickening solution that best fits current wastewater infrastructure.
