The project includes installing a raised crosswalk across Park Plaza, constructing a 14' wide concrete greenway with a 4' planting strip along Park Plaza to the intersection of 31st Ave and Park Plaza; providing a crosswalk across 31st Ave to provide a landing with sidewalk connection on the Centennial Park side. Reconstructing a portion of the existing Park Plaza pavement, removing sidewalk along 31st Ave and constructing an extension to the existing retaining wall, per project plans and specifications. Project also includes stormwater modifications, traffic control, installation of new signal poles, new pavement markings and crosswalk improvements.
