The contractor shall construct a reinforced concrete foundation for a new salt shed at a site located in the Palmyra area of Montgomery County. This foundation shall be constructed in compliance with the foundation drawings provided as well as any local or state codes that are applicable

Installation of new electrical circuits, conduits, breakers, and associated equipment above ceiling, and through walls, for the goal of powering existing outlets and circuits from a different generator panel with new breakers. Also included in the scope of work is installation of a new door opener with associated push button activators onto existing circuitry. There is an add alternate to run new circuits to switch over existing lighting.

This Base Bid consists of HVAC unit replacements for the upper level of the Lone Oak Community Center. The successful mechanical contractor shall act as the prime contractor and provide a full and complete HVAC system to include providing all necessary components and controls to meet the energy code requirements including economizers on the packaged units. Each unit shall have outside air according to code requirements. This does not encompass the entire scope of work to be done so the contractor will need to review the documents and make certain that all portions of the project are included in their bid.
