The Project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor for the On-Call or as-needed maintenance of the City of Mt. Juliets Traffic Signal and/or Fiber Optic Infrastructure.

The work covered by this item shall consist of resurfacing and cold planing of existing streets. Surface preparation work will be covered in each section. The actual amount of work to be performed will be based on the annual budgetary constraints of the city. This is a unit price contract. The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of work. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis through written work orders.

On-call contracting services related to removal, replacement, and repair of existing concrete sidewalk. The project also includes removal and replacement of concrete curb ramps, curbs, and concrete driveways. Various storm infrastructure and EPSC items are also included in the contract.

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for stormwater drainage improvements at the Clearview Drive, Weston Drive, and Belinda Parkway sites, including excavation and rock removal, culvert and drainage structure installation, channel and outfall improvements, utility coordination, erosion control, and full site restoration for complete and functional installations.
