This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of road rehabilitation & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on US 287 at various locations: from FM 294 to 3.6 miles east of FM 294; from 2.0 miles west of FM 2889 to FM 294; from 1.5 miles west of FM 2889 to FM 294; from FM 294 to the Donley County Line; from 1.4 miles east of FM 294 to 3.6 miles east of FM 294 in Armstrong County, TX. Length: 3.428 miles. See attached for detailed requirements. Federal Aid Project. Notarized Buy America Certification Form required for all items classified as construction materials.
