This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of providing additional paved surfaces (HSIP 2022) & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on FM 1456 from FM 1371 to SH 159 in Austin County, TX. Length: 2.149 miles. The Contractor is to take note that this project has Milestones for substantial completion. See Item 8 in the attached. Federal Aid Project. Notarized Buy America Certification Form required for all items classified as construction materials.
