Description

The City of San Antonio, Transportation Department (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) through this Request for Qualification (RFQ) from interested qualified firms (Respondents) to provide on-call, or as needed, professional services for planning, design, engineering, and other programmatic areas (collectively, the Project or Projects). Scope of services may include but are not limited to on-call planning, studies, analysis, public engagement, data collection/survey and design services for multiple projects on an on-call, or as needed basis to be delivered through various programs and funding sources. Additionally, awarded firms will be asked to provide program management services for project management, when needed.
