Description

Providers will help the GLO fulfill State and Federal DR statutory responsibilities related to recovery in connection with any federally declared disasters in Texas. Providers will assist the GLO and grant recipients in the completion of CDBG grant programs. Respondents may be qualified to provide Engineering services for housing projects, nonhousing projects, or both. Engineering services must be performed in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and guidelines issued by the GLO. Providers will be bound to specific terms and conditions found in the sample general terms and conditions.
