Description
The City of Princeton (City) is seeking a vendor to respond on the Citys behalf to process claims for property damage due to a third partys negligence. In doing so, privileged information shall be exchanged in order to process an insurance claim or claim against damager or vandal and recover compensation for all property damage which includes labor and materials by means of the insurance or private party. Property shall include but shall not be limited to buildings, roadways, medians, sidewalks, traffic lights, easements, rights of way utility fixtures, signage, retaining walls, guardrails, camera systems, fencing, public landscaping, etc. that is owned or maintained by the City.
