Description

The 2026 Annual Street Maintenance Project is intended to support the long term reliability, safety, and overall condition of the Citys roadway infrastructure through a comprehensive pavement preservation and repair program. The project includes approximately 35,000 LF of asphalt paving, PressurePave surface treatments, crack sealing, concrete panel replacements, pavement striping, localized spot repairs, and drainage improvements in targeted areas throughout the City. These maintenance and full rehabilitation activities are designed to extend pavement life, improve ride quality, enhance roadway safety, and address localized drainage concerns along the roadways that are being repaired while maximizing the effectiveness of the Citys infrastructure investment.
