Description

The City of DeSoto, Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Nance Farm Cultural Arts Center, project number RFB-DEA-2601 and is advertising this Request for Bids. The work to be performed under the contract consists of the selective site demolition, historic renovation, and construction of new Nance Farm Cultural Arts Center. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications and plans. Before bidding on the project, bidders are expected to inspect all the sites of the work and to inform themselves regarding all site, utility, and roadway conditions. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City. All work shall conform to City of DeSoto construction standards and in accordance with the contract drawings and specification documents. All Work must be completed within 450 Calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
