Description

The City of DeSoto (City) seeks responses from qualified vendors to provide the supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite & Liquid Ammonium Sulfate. The selected responder (Responder) will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City, in a form to be provided by the City (Agreement), to provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Work of this RFB. The City has the ultimate authority to approve any bid and to authorize the execution of the negotiated Agreement.
