Description

The City of Rowlett (City) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a list of qualified firms to provide various professional engineering services related to the design and construction of municipal improvements and facilities, and other related services typically associated with the design and construction of these facilities, funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The initial term of the Agreement will be three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year renewal periods, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this SOQ document. This document provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration.
