Description
Work to be completed under this contract will include all equipment, labor and materials to provide a complete and functional system for Digester #1 as shown in the Contract Documents. Scope of work to include: 1.1 Demolition of existing gas piping and appurtenances, demo existing digester lid and appurtenances, provide and install new digester lid with all associated parts, test cover, apply all insulation and required coatings. 1.2 Electrical: Work to be completed under this contract will include all equipment, labor and materials to provide a complete and functional electrical system for Digester #1 as shown in the Contract Documents. 1.3 Digester Cleaning: All costs associated with emptying and processing and of contents of Digester #1. It shall include all materials, equipment, labor, tools, and incidentals in accordance with the Contract Documents. El Paso Water will be responsible for haul off and disposal of all processed material.
