This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract to install new traffic signals on IH 35E at FM 66 (Rogers St) in Waxahachie, on BU 287R from FM 875 to FM 66, on RM 663 from Tower Rd to FM 875 and on FM 1387 at Hayes Rd in Midlothian, Ellis County, TX.
