Description

It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to complete the Mason Road and SH 99 Improvements Phase II. The work for this project includes adding two Right Turn Lanes, adding four Left Turn Lanes, Median modifications, Pedestrian Curb Ramps, two Retaining Walls, Sidewalks, two Traffic Signal Modifications, traffic control, storm sewer modifications, existing detention pond modifications, public and private utility adjustments, the implementation and removal of stormwater pollution prevention, etc. The work also includes installing new inlets and 13 and 11 Fast Track Pavements, permanent pavement markings and signage, and the installation of additional traffic signal heads and signs mounted on existing traffic signal poles. All work inside the Fort Bend Countys Right-Of-Way is to be done in accordance with Fort Bend County Standard Details, Harris County Specifications and all work inside the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authoritys Right-of-Way will be done according to TxDOT details and specifications.
