It is the intent of City of Fulshear (hereinafter known as City) to solicit proposals fromreputable vendors for Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals or CSP) for selection of qualified Contractors (Respondent) to provide the City of Fulshear Welcome Sign North Monument Constructionto the City of Fulshear in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth herein. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code 252.042 Competitive Sealed Proposal Method.
