The County of Refugio is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing design and construction of a single recirculating splash pad for the Refugio County Nature Based Kayak Park Coastal Access Project Phase 1. The Turnkey Splashpad Project will consist of providing services for design, material and construction for a Splashpad located at the Mission River Kayak Park 1110 Commerce St. Refugio, Texas 78377.
