Description
Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) invites experienced and qualified firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Engineering Services. HCTRA plans to award multiple contracts for Hydraulics & Hydrology (H&H) services including detailed drainage analysis, drainage studies, drainage reports, preliminary trunk design, and pump station design in support of the Hardy Downtown Connector (HDC) program. The Engineer shall provide services in the following Function Codes (FC).
