Description

At a minimum, the scope of services required by the successful firm shall consist of the following: Houston ISD is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms for Carpet, Wood, and other Flooring Services, Maintenance, and Repairs. Houston ISD will be utilizing the services of the supplier(s) to install carpet, wood and/or tile and to maintain and repair floors for the entire district base. The supplier(s) shall also provide flooring stock at HISD Warehouse 6801 Bennington St, Houston, TX 77028. The freight will be included in the price of the product and will be quoted FOB Destination. Supplier(s) awarded under this RFP will not be permitted to install flooring in areas where flooring did not previously exist, nor will they be permitted large-scale replacement jobs.
