Description

The City of Houston (City) seeks qualified Respondents to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the renovation and repair of Jamail Skate Park. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of shade structures, concrete paving, and a concrete seat wall; installation of site furnishings and a new drinking fountain; resetting of pavers; tree protection and pruning; and implementation of traffic control measures. The project also includes renovation and repair of the skate area, including pavement, coping, and joint repairs; repainting of metal components; installation of a slappy curb; and surfacing repairs consisting of grinding, patching, crack repair, power washing, and application of a densifier/sealer.
