Construction of the wastewater treatment plant improvements work at Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 including but not limited to: lift station, headworks, influent and effluent channels, aeration basins, scum pump station, RAS/WAS pump station, chlorine contact basins, sodium hypochlorite system, aerobic digesters, blowers, electrical control building, gates, valves, piping, fittings, protective coatings, electrical, lighting, controls, duct bank and pull boxes, hydro-mulch seeding, access road, temporary facilities (including bypass pumping), construction materials testing, SWPPP, and all else specified on the construction drawings and contract documents necessary to construct, tie-in and make for a complete and operational system.
