The work consists of the construction of a new stand-by diesel engine generator with a weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure, sub-base fuel tank, generator slab, grounding system, underground duct bank, conduit, wire and miscellaneous site work at the Wastewater Treatment Plant; and the construction of a new stand-by natural gas engine generator with a weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure, automatic transfer switch, steel platform, grounding system, conduit, wire and miscellaneous roof modifications at the City Hall.
