Carrizo System Expansion for Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) GMP 1 and 2. GMP 1 includes the expansion of the existing water treatment plant from 19 MGD to 38 MGD and construction of the new clarification system. GMP 2 includes segments 1C and 1D of the pipeline, construction of seven (7) well sites (wells to be drilled in a separate contract), and expansion of the existing booster pump station.
