The City of Athens is seeking sealed bids for seal coating of existing streets in Athens, Texas. This specification is not to be interpreted as restrictive, but rather as a measure of the safety, quality, performance, and overall cost of all services bid will be compared. Contract will be awarded to the bidder which best serves the interests of the City of Athens considering experience, references, best price, and compliance with these specifications. The City of Athens reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any minor technicalities.
