The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, supervision, quality control, equipment, tools, services, cleaning supplies (disinfectants, plastic bags for trash cans, chemicals, waxes, liquid soap, soap, deodorizers for the restrooms) necessary for performing janitorial services. In addition, the contractor will provide toilet tissue and paper towels. Base Year + 4 Option Years.
