This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting constructing paved shoulders & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on FM 491 from 0.77 miles north of FM 2629 to West Uncle Peter's Rd. and on FM 491 from CR 3321 to 0.77 miles north of FM 2629 in Hidalgo County, TX.
