Description

The City of Granbury, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for construction improvements at Lambert Branch Park, located at 304 E. Rucker Street, Granbury, TX 76048. All work must be completed in accordance with the Final Construction Plans dated December 2025, prepared by KimleyHorn and Associates, Inc. The project scope includes site demolition, tree protection fencing, erosion control measures, earthwork, concrete improvements, accessible routes, parking improvements including thermoplastic striping, picnic pads, shoreline access enhancements, signage, irrigation sleeves only, topsoil preparation for seed areas, and all associated appurtenances per the plans and details.
