Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba, West Texas, district open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for Polyethylene Field Turf Play Surface installation project in West Texas districts. The project scope of work includes purchasing supplies, materials, equipment, and labor, approximately 35,000 sq ft Polyethylene Turf installation, adding drainage system, and grading turf area as specified in the project documents.
