Description

This project includes the demolition of the existing roofing system, replacement of any deteriorated decking, installation of a new stainless steel drip edge, and application of a new Modified Bitumen Torch-Down Roof System. The installation must include appropriate drainage elements and comply with windstorm certification requirements, fire and building codes, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Subpart M Fall Protection. All work shall also comply with the Texas Administrative Code Title 28, Part 1 (TDI Windstorm Requirements) and any relevant City of Port Arthur ordinances governing commercial roofing work, waste disposal, and worksite safety. Manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines must be strictly followed to ensure warranty eligibility and long-term performance.
