Description

The Contractor shall provide a complete turnkey project, including but not limited to furnishing, design, and installation of one (1) minimum 30 kW natural gas standby generator at 14820 Rodeo Lane, Pleasure Island and one (1) minimum 150 kW natural gas standby generator at 111 H O Mills Blvd, Port Arthur, each complete with automatic transfer switch (ATS), structural supports, natural gas piping, electrical feeders, grounding, controls, startup, testing, commissioning, and all other labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals required for a complete and operational standby power system. The generator installation at H.O. Mills shall include a hot-dipped galvanized elevated structure steel platform on a reinforced concrete foundation. The generator at Rodeo Lane shall be mounted on the existing steel platform with the design including all necessary modifications. The work shall include all associated engineering, permitting, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fuel gas, controls, and appurtenant work required, whether specifically stated or reasonably implied, for a complete and operating system. All generator and related equipment installations shall be designed and constructed so that the installed equipment is located above the required flood protection elevation.
