Description

Jefferson County is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of the airfield lighting system at Jack Brooks Regional Airport. This will consist of a base bid of new runway edge lights for Runway 12-30 and Runway 16-34, runway end identification lights (REILs) for runway ends 16, 30, and 34, taxiway lighting along portions of Taxiways D and F, and improvements to the airfield lighting vault within the Jerry Ware Terminal. This is also an additive alternate that consists of the removal of abandoned Taxiway E pavement within the safety areas of Runways 12-30 and 16-34. The additive alternate also includes the restoration of the previously pavement areas.
