Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work. Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following infrastructure upgrades: Electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power [normal, emergency]); Bonding; UPS; Building Management System interfaces; new/upgraded existing HVAC; reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable); space renovation for Data Center (expanded space, cable management, server rack configuration); communications infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable) in buildings as necessary; physical security upgrades; upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus-wide within buildings and between buildings; provide diversified path for WAN; and Hazardous Materials abatement. Project buildings include 1, 2, 11, 18, 29, 46, 96 and site.

The work is at the existing Lois Street Ground Storage Tank and Pump Station site. The workincludes the construction of a new prestressed concrete ground storage tank and pump station.The work includes furnishing electrical power and motor control system, and the demolition ofthe existing pumps and ground storage tank and abandonment of the existing pipelines. Theexisting well at the site will have the motor control relocated and the instrumentation tied intothe SCADA system. New and relocated instrumentation at the site shall be integrated into theexisting SCADA system.

This basic contract statement of work (SOW) defines the scope of a full range of performing annual Trane chiller inspections and Evapco Cooling Towers. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and tools necessary to perform annual inspections and repair in accordance with manufacturer specifications and this statement of work. It is the responsibility of the inspector to determine if the equipment is in safe operating condition, that it has not been altered except in conformity to the applicable codes or regulations, and that each chiller and cooling tower will perform in accordance with all applicable inspection requirements. PoP Apr 1 - May 31 each year.

The project consists of constructing a steel-fabricated pedestrian bridge along the Citys River Trail to replace a bridge destroyed by a flood and, thereafter, in the course of installing the newly constructed bridge, selectively demolishing existing concrete work and installing new concrete footings.
