Description

The City of Waco, Housing and Community Development Department (here after referred to as City) is seeking for an experienced and qualified firm with experience in Section 3 Build America, Buy America compliance monitoring to assist the City with Federal compliance requirements for various federal grant funded public facility improvements and housing construction. Projects may include but are not limited to street & sidewalk repairs, park creation, facility construction/expansion, and housing construction. The City wishes to enter into an annual contract for as-needed project-based services of this nature which would include two, two-year renewal options.
