Description

The selected DesignBuild firm shall provide services necessary to deliver the Project, including: Advancing the 30% plans to construction-ready documents. Structural and civil design to support the proposed improvements. Preparation of construction plans and specifications. Cost estimating and scheduling. Construction of the proposed improvements. Project closeout documentation. Provide value engineering recommendations to improve cost efficiency and constructability where appropriate. Engineering analysis shall be limited to what is necessary to support design refinement and construction. A full hydrologic or watershed study is not required.
