Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, licensing, and supervision necessary to maintain Community, Village & Neighborhood Entries, Right of Way Mowing and Litter, Street Sweeping and Tree Care Services at the standards and frequencies specified in these bid documents. The resulting Maintenance Service Contracts will include the services as outlined in these maintenance standards and specifications for a term of thirty-six (36) months beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029.
