This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of surfacing / roadway restoration - replacing pavement markings on IH 45 from the Harris County Line to FM 1488, from SL 336(S) to SH 75, from SH 75 to the Walker County Line and from FM 1488 to SL 336(S) in Montgomery County, TX. See attached. Notarized Buy America Certification Form required for all items classified as construction materials.
