This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract consisting of providing additional paved surface width to 28', profile centerline markings, & related items, eliminating hazards, providing safety improvements on FM 2259 from SH 7 to 2.55 miles south of SH 7 in Nacogdoches County, TX. See attached for detailed requirements. Federal Aid Project. Notarized Buy America Certification Form required for all items classified as construction materials.
