Flour Bluff Independent School District (FBISD or District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services through a one-step Request for Proposals (RFP) process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Section 2269.253(d). This procurement includes multiple projects under the Districts program, including Auditorium Renovation, Wetlands Improvements, District-Wide Door Replacement, Primary School Building Addition, Central Plant Construction, and Junior High Locker Room Renovation.
