Reeves County is searching for an environmental abatement company to remove asbestos from the facility 700 W. Daggett St., Pecos, TX 79772. All work will be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, EPA, Texas DSHS and applicable state asbestos requirements.

The Owner's Representative firm shall be the County of Reeves' consultant, advisor, and authorized representative through all phases of each project through completion and occupancy. The Owners Representative acts solely in an advisory and administrative capacity and shall not direct construction means or methods. Owner's Representative services are to be provided during the following phases, which are described in further detail herein: 1. Preconstruction Phase 2. Construction Phase 3. Closeout Phase.

This facility will be constructed on CR 118 adjacent to the Cyclone Ballpark and will be approximately 67,675sf with an estimated total construction value of $54 million. It will include a lazy river, multiple slides, children's play structure, surf machine, food and beverage outlets, outdoor pool, and other amenities.
