In General: The Contractor agrees to provide general and specific fire protection and associated services on a per-project basis as requested by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Fire protection and associated services may include, but are not limited to, design, installation, modification, inspection, maintenance, testing and/or repair of fire suppression systems, fire pumps, dry & wet chemical hood systems, and/or fire extinguishers.

Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for the Expansion of RTCC Facility.

Tarrant County Facilities Management seeks a qualified Software House (C-CURE 9000) certified partner to provide fullservice maintenance, repair, software support, and equipment purchases for the Countys enterprise access control environment. The County will award a Primary vendor and may also designate Secondary and Alternate vendors to ensure continuity of operations.

The project involves the trenchless rehabilitation of a total of approximately 5,150 linear feet (LF) of a circa 1950s 60 RCP gravity wastewater pipe, the replacement of existing manhole structures, reconstruction of existing manhole structures and the rehabilitation of existing manhole structures. All existing manhole structures are steel reinforced concrete. The project involves rehabilitation of approximately 4,790 LF by Machine Spiral Wound Liner (MSWL) and approximately 360 LF of CIPP followed by HDPE slip lining for the portion of the pipeline crossing the Trinity River. A section of the pipeline crossing the Trinity River is exposed to river flow. Flow control to complete the rehabilitation will include the coordinated diversion of flow using the upstream DWU Sunbeam Diversion Structure. Pipeline rehabilitation work is to proceed in accordance with the Flow Control Provisions. The pipeline rehabilitation extents are from the west side of the East Branch of the Trinity River east to near the existing Rochester Stormwater Pump Station (SWPS) located near William Blair Jr. Park in South Dallas. A portion of the pipeline parallels and crosses an Oncor High Voltage Transmission Tower ROW and crosses both an active UPRR ROW and TXDOT ROW.

This project will consists of approximately: 15,000 LF 6-12 DIP Water Main, 4-16 PVC Water Main, 36 Steel Water Main by open cut. 730 LF 8 HDPE Water Main by Directional Bore. 12,500 LF 8-30 PVC Wastewater Main by open cut. 5600 SY Reinforced Concrete Paving.

White Settlement Independent School District (WSISD or District) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for an MEP Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems. The District seeks to engage a qualified engineer, or engineering firm, with demonstrated experience in K12 educational facilities, HVAC systems analysis, energy efficiency planning, deferred maintenance programs, indoor air quality improvements, and phased capital improvement implementation.

The selected Design-Builder is expected to provide turnkey design and construction services for this Project providing a complete and fully functional Qualified Hotel and Convention Center Facility, and Parking Facility, satisfying all Project and contract requirements. The final product shall be consistent with the branding, quality, and services described in the Master Development Agreement. The selected Design-Builder will be the sole responsible source for total Project compliance and construction performance including all architectural services, engineering services, and construction services. The selected Design-Builder will hold all design professional, testing services, trade, and supplier contracts.

The project consists of reconstructing approximately 904 linear feet of Hunter Street from Stanley Keller Road to Layton Avenue, 264 linear feet of Aurora Street from Hunter Street to Aurora Court, 833 linear feet of Nadine Drive from Field Street to Haltom Road, 1368 linear feet of Sabelle Lanefrom Haltom Road to Rita Lane, 784 linear feet of Roxie Street from Haltom Road to Sabelle Lane, and874 linear feet of Jane Anne Street from Service Road to Melinda Street. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6 reinforced concrete with 8 flexible base. This project also includes the installation of approximately 5116 linear feet of 612 water line, 560 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe of various sizes, and approximately 4404 linear feet of 8 sanitary sewer line. Additionally, this project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps and driveways.

White Settlement Independent School District (WSISD or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to upgrade the theatrical and house lighting systems within the Brewer High School auditorium. This project will also include the replacement of stage draperies and curtains. The replacement of the stage draperies and curtains may be awarded either as part of the lighting upgrade project or as a separate contract. The goal is to ensure the auditorium is equipped with modern, efficient, and safe systems that meet current standards for educational and performance spaces.

This project is for construction of a new Building Expansion for Tarrant County Precinct 2 Maintenance Center, located at 1050 Mansfield Cardinal Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060. Scope of work includes Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Security as detailed and specified on a project documents. Contractor shall attend to fire protection requirements, dedicated design and submission to authorities for approval.
