The City of Dallas is soliciting bids to establish a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for sewer odor and corrosion control services, including the purchase and injection of Liquid Ferrous Iron Salt (FeSO4), Liquid Ferrous Chloride (FeCl2), and Bioxide as chemical additives to the wastewater collection and treatment system infrastructure in order to safeguard the public and employees from effects of odorous off-gases and associated nuisance, improve the quality of wastewater for better treatment and disposal, and protect against corrosion of infrastructure. to be utilized by the Dallas Water Utilities. An ID/IQ contract is established when quantities and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of this contract.

The City of Dallas (the City) is soliciting proposals to establish qualified vendors to provide network hardware, software, and professional services in support of the Citys new data center buildout located in north Plano with an additional footprint in downtown Dallas. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement to build out a new core and edge network infrastructure that will serve as the foundation for the Citys data center operations.

The scope of work consists of approximately 3,625 linear feet of 48-inch water transmission main relocation in Greenville Avenue. The purpose of this bid is to supply on an Annual Agreement HVAC Air Filters and Filter Replacement Services, throughout Tarrant County buildings located in downtown and suburban areas.

The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: The Gate 1 Turn Lane project, located at Meacham International Airport, primarily consists of the construction of a new right turn lane off of Main Street. Additional items of work include the demolition of existing pavement, construction of the proposed pavement section, drainage improvements, relocations of an existing gravel perimeter road, installation of a new gate loop detector, and associated pavement markings.

The project consists of the construction of a new residuals bypass pipeline, mechanical upgrades to the Sludge Pump Station, installation of variable frequency drives, a new electrical building with a motor control center (MCC), HVAC improvements, and replacement of the site transformer. Additional improvements include new flowmeter controls, irrigation and landscaping enhancements, and security upgrades at the North Berry Road gate.
