Description
The Abilene Housing Authority (AHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of four (4) residential units located at AHA-owned properties in Abilene, Texas. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, interior renovations necessary to restore units to rent-ready condition, including demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, and installation of fixtures and appliances, in accordance with AHA specifications and construction drawings.
