Description
This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued by Tom Green County (the County/Owner) for the purpose of soliciting qualifications from professional firms to provide architectural and engineering services for a Courts and Justice Facilities Planning and Feasibility Study. The County seeks to evaluate current and future space needs, develop recommendations for a new court facility, assess the feasibility of renovating existing or vacant structures, and prepare a phased Capital Improvement Plan to support the Countys long-term judicial and operational requirements. The study shall also consider coordination with the City of San Angelos Comprehensive Plan for the downtown area and identify opportunities for shared or complementary public uses. The County anticipates selecting one qualified firm to serve as the prime consultant and lead an integrated architectural and engineering team.
