The City of Del Rio is seeking to obtain bids from qualified vendors that offer brush mulching services. The City of Del Rio landfill is located at 1897 Railway Ave, Del Rio, TX 78840.

The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering and architectural consultants for evaluation, design and construction phase services, related to the rehabilitation of the Buena Vista Swimming Pool located at 1300 Kings Way in Del Rio, Texas 78840. The selected firm will provide evaluation, design, and construction services, including demolition of the existing pool and related infrastructure. The new pool must be constructed of reinforced pneumatically applied concrete, with slip-resistant concrete decks, playscapes, interactive water features, and/or slides. All work must comply with applicable Texas Administrative Codes and standards.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The project will focus on Area A, which is comprised of Air Handler Units (AHU) AHU-2 and AHU-6, and their respective ducting systems, Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, and supporting systems. The existing building utilizes Siemens and Johnson Controls Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment for the demolition, removal, disposal, installation, and commissioning of the new HVAC system components as specified in the design. The contractor will be responsible for protecting existing infrastructure and ensuring the remainder of the facility remains operational during construction.

Construction of sanitary sewer collection system pipeline & components replacing existing sanitary sewer infrastructure including approximately 37,600 LF total (6,600 LF for Phase I) of wastewater gravity mains and associated sitework as shown in the drawings. The project will include all pipes, manholes, encasements, lateral connections, surface restoration including pavement, testing, SWPPP measures, traffic control, and related material & procedures as outlined in the construction plans and specifications.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remove existing aeration equipment and replace with new disc aerators, add additional aerators, make structural modifications to support new aeration equipment and modify effluent weir box. 2. Remove existing chlorine disinfection equipment and replace with new chlorine disinfection equipment including scales, feeders, regulators, booster pumps and associated piping. 3. Replace existing clarifier no. 3 influent piping to improve hydraulic efficiency. 4. Replace electrical service entrance switchgear and construct new electrical motor control center for new and future equipment. 5. Construct various concrete slabs, canopies and enclosures for supporting and protecting equipment. 6. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. TBA on the Final Bid date.
