Description

Bedford County will receive sealed bids for the Bedford County Sheriffs Office Expansion located at 1345 Falling Creek Road, Bedford, VA 24523. Scope: Construct a two-story, approximately 15,500 square foot addition to the Bedford Sheriffs Office, including office, storage, and meetings spaces, a new elevator and new entrance; renovate limited areas of the existing building to reconfigure office spaces and add one new bathroom, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. No correctional or detainment functions are present in the existing building or new addition.
